Colorado is the land of the beer festival, but this Boulder event is a truly unique celebration. The Green. Beer. Fest. takes place on August 29, and features sustainable craft beers from local breweries plus plenty of live entertainment.

Sip craft beers and learn about sustainable living this Saturday, August 29 at the Green. Beer. Fest. in Boulder. Now in its third year, this fun event is a daylong craft beer celebration combined with creativity and education. Along with samples of the region's finest artisan ales and beers, you'll find live music from local bands, local vendors, and a host of interactive exhibitors where you can learn about the green lifestyle. Promoting Colorado's clean water in all its necessary and fun uses (from farming to rafting to beer brewing), this family-friendly event is one of the top festivals of the summer. Early bird beer cup purchases cost $20 per person, and include unlimited samples of beer. All proceeds benefit the Colorado Ocean Coalition.
