Check in time is 4:00 pm, early arrival requests can not be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate each request.

Check out time is 11:00 am. If available, late departures may require an additional fee. Please verify with the Front Desk during your stay.

Unlimited access Valet Parking is $8 per night.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee any reservation.

Smoking rooms may be available, please specify during the reservation process if you prefer a smoking room.

Pet Policy - Pets are NOT allowed in the hotel. With advance notice, exceptions could be made for officially certified service animals.

Photos are representative of the property and may differ from your specific unit.

A limited number of Rollaway Beds are available upon request. The nightly fee is $15 and this bed must be requested at the time of booking.

Pack N Plays are available at no additional fee during your stay. Please request this at the time of booking.

Video Cassette Players and/ or DVD Players available upon request with a $15 per day fee.

Humidifiers and Fans are available at no additional cost during your stay.

The Hotel is unable to guarantee special requests, but please be assured we will do everything possible to meet any requests.

Minimum check-in age is 18 years old. Guests must present valid identification upon check-in.

The cancellation policy varies depending on the date of stay:

• During most of the year, cancellations are accepted up to 4 p.m. mountain time 24 hours prior to the arrival date without penalty. If you cancel a reservation within 24 hours, a charge for one-night's room and tax will be placed on credit card.
• During certain times of the year, we have a 2 week cancellation policy. A 2 night deposit is requested at the time of booking and is refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• Our reservation specialists will discuss the appropriate cancellation policy with you during the booking process.

Suite and guestroom rates do not include the tax rate of 10.25%. To be honored, any exemptions must have proper documentation presented at time of check in. The tax rate is subject to change without notice.

As payment, we accept cash and most major credit cards. If you prefer to use a check as payment, a valid ID and credit card authorization will be required.

Airport shuttle is available through Boulder Super Shuttle. The fee is $25 one way, $46 round trip. Our front desk will be happy to assist with reservations.
