Pine Street Guest House

Tucked away on the corner of Pine and 13th, located across the street from the historic
section of the Hotel Boulderado, is our Pine Street Guest House. Ideal for wedding and family
reunion groups, most of the units in the Guest House have the capability to open up to each
other, creating additional space in the living room areas while retaining the cozy, private
atmosphere. All reservations for the Pine Street Guest House must be booked directly
with our Reservations Department by calling (800) 433-4344.

Suite One
Located on the main level of the Pine Street Guest House, Suite 1 features two queen-size beds, a sofa-sleeper in the
living room, bathroom, granite counter, small refrigerator, iPod docking station, and microwave. Suite 1 can be opened up to Suite 2 by opening the double-doors of the two living rooms.

      

Suite Two    
Located on the main level of the Pine Street Guest House, Suite 2 features one queen-size bed, a sofa-sleeper in the
living room, iPod docking station, bathroom, granite counter, small refrigerator, and microwave. Suite 2 can be opened up to
Suites 1 and 3.        

Suite Three
Located upstairs in the Pine Street Guest House, Suite 3 features two separate bedrooms, each with one double-size
bed, two living room areas, iPod docking station, bathroom, granite counter, small refrigerator, and microwave. Suite 3 can be opened up to Suite 2 by opening the door leading into the hallway of Suite 2. (Please note that due to a steep staircase, Suite 3 is not recommended for elderly guests or people traveling with young children.)

Suite Four
Located on the back side of the Pine Street Guest House, Suite 4 features one queen-size bed, living room with twin-sized sofa-sleeper (suitable for one guest), bathroom, iPod docking station, granite counter, small refrigerator, and microwave. Suite 4 is totally separate from the other three suites.

All suites in the Pine Street Guest House sell for the same rate as the Deluxe Two Queen rooms in the main hotel.
No rollaways are permitted in the Pine Street Guest House. Existing bedding only.
Pak 'n Plays available upon request. Cable television and high-speed wireless Internet are complimentary.
Lodgenet movies and Nintendo services are not available in the Pine Street Guest House.
