The Hotel Boulderado boasts a first class on-site catering department. All food catered in our function spaces, with the exception of your wedding cake, is provided by the hotel. Our Executive Chef has created an exquisite menu selection with several dining options, ranging from casual cocktail-style receptions to very formal plated dinners. We offer a variety of wines to choose from, and our Wedding Coordinators are happy to assist you in pairing your food and wine selections.
