The Hotel Boulderado features a variety of elegant Boulder wedding venues and reception rooms,
perfect for small, casual gatherings and receptions for up to 300 guests.

the Boulderado's individual banquets and wedding locales.
The Mezzanine

Our most unique space is located above the historic hotel lobby and situated beneath the exquisite stained-glass
canopy ceiling. The Mezzanine has two walls of windows, a built-in cherrywood bar, and a built-in dance floor.
The rich decor of the Mezzanine features the warm tones of cherry, burgundy, and ivory.
Informal seating for the space includes velvet- and tapestry-covered cherry dining chairs.
Seating at large banquet tables is also available for a nominal set-up fee.
The landing of the grand staircase to the Mezzanine is available for wedding ceremonies, with limited seating
around the railing for guests. (Ceremony fee and restrictions apply.)
The Mezzanine has a capacity of 150 guests for buffets if the Evergreen is utilized as the buffet set-up room,
and 120 guests for plated meals. For more informal occasions, we can accommodate up to 150 guests
for cocktail-style receptions. (2569 sq. ft.)
Evergreen Room

The Evergreen Room is located on the Mezzanine level of the historic section of the hotel.
This room is often utilized for the buffet set-up for receptions that are held on the Mezzanine.
For a Mezzanine reception with a plated meal, the Evergreen Room can be set up with soft seating
for socializing or for entertaining children.
The Evergreen Room is also suitable for private dinner parties of up to 40 guests. (604 sq. ft.)
Driftwood Room

The Driftwood Room is located on the Mezzanine level of the historic section of the hotel.
This room is decorated in the Victorian style with elegant chandeliers and French doors
that open onto the Porch Room. The Driftwood Room is perfect for intimate groups of up to 20 guests,
or for bar and pre-dinner cocktails for groups that host a private dinner on the Porch. (375 sq. ft.)
Porch Room

The Porch is a spectacular room located off the Mezzanine. The exposed brick walls are painted a creamy ivory,
and the floor has lovely floral carpeting. The east side of the room features four sets of floor-to-ceiling
sliding glass windows overlooking Thirteenth Street with a view of downtown Boulder.
This room can accommodate up to 40 guests at oval tables or 24 guests at a long royal-style dinner table.
The Porch is a very popular space for bridal luncheons and for intimate wedding dinners. (488 sq. ft.)
Spruce Room

The Spruce Room has direct access from both the historic hotel lobby and from Spruce Street.
This unique room features a private outdoor patio, two large bay windows,
fourteen-foot high ceilings, and classic Art Deco decor.
The Spruce Room can accommodate up to 30 guests at oval tables,
22 at a royal-style table,or 40 for a mingling cocktail-style party. (493 sq. ft.)
Event Center

The Event Center in the North Wing is the hotel's largest function space. It includes the Grand Ballroom,
the Executive Boardroom, an outdoor plaza, and a pre-function foyer area.
Both the Ballroom and Executive Boardroom feature large windows for beautiful natural lighting
Antique maps and rich decor make this space warm and inviting.
The Grand Ballroom has a capacity of 240 guests for both plated and buffet meals, and up to 300
for more informal cocktail-style receptions. Custom parquet-wood dance floors are available to suit your needs.
The Grand Ballroom may be divided into smaller rooms, perfect for functions of 40 guests or more.
The Executive Boardroom may be used as a buffet set-up room, a private area for children to dine and be
entertained,or simply as a quiet lounge area for your guests.
The foyer is perfect for pre-function cocktails and opens onto the outdoor plaza area.
The plaza features full-sized trees, plantings, and water fountain. (6,000 sq. ft.)
Ballroom

The Ballroom is perfect for elegant dinners of up to 200 seated guests with space for a dance floor.
We can also accommodate parties of up to 300 guests with a cocktail-style reception and limited seating.
For wedding receptions in the Ballroom, we also offer the adjacent foyer area and outdoor patio for pre-dinner
cocktails and mingling. The Executive Boardroom is often utilized for the set-up of a buffet. (2867 sq. ft.)
Executive Boardroom

The Executive Boardroom is a private, corner room across from the Ballroom.
This space is decorated in beautiful Victorian decor with three large windows and can accommodate
up to 40 guests at banquet tables or at a cocktail-style reception.
The Executive Boardroom can also be used for larger parties as a buffet set-up room,
a private area for children to dine and be entertained, or simply as a quiet lounge area for your guests.
