Is there a wildfire in Boulder?
There are two wildfires burning in Boulder County north of Boulder.  The larger one is called the CalWood Fire and it began near Jamestown Saturday afternoon, October 17th. The second one, the Lefthand Canyon Fire, started Sunday, Oct 18th. The city of Boulder is not in imminent danger.  The air quality may be impacted and some trails and roads may be closed. Do hotel room windows open?
Yes, all hotel rooms have windows that open.

Does Hotel Boulderado have ADA accessible rooms?
Yes, to reserve the accessible room that fits your needs, please call Reservations at 303-442-4344.

Is parking available at your property? How much is parking? What is your parking policy?

  • $20 Self-Parking
  • $20 Valet Parking

It includes unlimited in and out access during the parking time that was purchased. In addition, City of Boulder monitored metered and free street parking can be found around the hotel property.

Where is valet?
The valet station is located at our main entrance on 13th Street.

Can I have a late check-out?
11:30 AM and 12:00 PM check-out times are complimentary and considered according to occupancy and what the room type is. Late check-out requests are always at the discretion of the Front Desk. Requests for check-out after 12:00 PM may occur a half day charge.

Can I check-in early?
Rooms are guaranteed by 4:00 PM. Guests are more than welcome to come early and store bags with the Front Desk. Early check in is possible, but it can never be guaranteed.

Do you have transportation to and from the Denver International Airport? What are my options to and from the airport?
Hotel Boulderado does not offer airport transportation. Green Ride, RTD, Uber and Lyft, and private town car rentals are available in the Denver Metro and Boulder areas. Guests are responsible for reserving these transportation options.

Do you have a gym?
Due to COVID-19, the in-house gym is closed. | Guests receive complimentary access to the in-house gym, which is located on the second floor of the Historic Section (North Mezzanine by the skywalk). Requires room key for 24 hour access.

How do I access One Boulder Fitness when I’m staying at Hotel Boulderado?
Guests have complimentary full access to One Boulder Fitness, located at 1800 Broadway, Suite #190, 2 ½ blocks south of the Hotel Boulderado. One Boulder Fitness is a full-service gym that offers cardio equipment, weight room, wet and dry saunas, hot tub, fitness classes and locker rooms. To redeem complimentary access, present your room key and identification to the One Boulder Fitness registration desk and sign-in.

Do you allow dogs? What is your dog policy?
Dogs are allowed in rooms located on the first floor of the North Wing. $100 one time non-refundable fee will be charged to reservations made with dogs. Any accidents or damages to the property (including guest rooms, hallways and common areas) will be subject to the costs associated with such damages. Dogs may not be left in the room alone at any time. Can ONLY be reserved by calling in for reservations. Guests MUST sign the Leash Agreement with the front desk upon check-in, and failure to do so will result in a $500 penalty. Dog friendly accommodation includes a dog bed, bowls and a single turn down chew bone. Please be sure to contact the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival if you will be traveling with a dog. Without notice, we cannot guarantee availability of dog friendly accommodations. Review and submit the required waiver here.

Do you have a shuttle? How do I reserve the Hotel Boulderado shuttle?
Due to COVID-19, the shuttle is not available. | Hotel Boulderado’s shuttle van offers complimentary transportation on a first come first served basis within a three-mile radius of the property. Please contact the Front Desk to reserve.

Can I sign up for a rewards program?
No, the Hotel Boulderado is not a part of a rewards program.

How do I schedule a History Tour in your in-house Hotel Historian?
Please contact the Front Desk to schedule a history tour with the in-house Hotel Historian. Tours are subject to availability.

How do I get more information about the history of Hotel Boulderado?
The Front Desk offers history brochures with information about hotel artifacts. In addition, guests can purchase books on Boulder history at the Front Desk.
